P Management, established in 2007, is a Sports Management Agency that offers various services including the management and  facilitation of Sports Athletes Contracts, managed by Karabo Mathang Tshabuse an admitted attorney based Johannesburg, with a keen interest in Sports Law,  Employment Law and Litigation. 

                                               

In 2009, Karabo became the first female FIFA recognized Players’ Agent in Africa and has been representing  football players and clubs ever since. She has appeared on behalf of client’s in the National Soccer  League’s Dispute Resolution Chamber and has expertise in a number of sports law areas, specifically  representing Professional Football Clubs at the NSL’s Disciplinary Committee,negotiating and drafting contracts and instituting disciplinary hearings on behalf of Clubs.

She also has experience in advisory work, reviewing and drafting legal documents, court process and  appearance work. She advises on and has expertise in a number of labour law areas, specifically on discipline, sanctions, dismissals, unfair labour practices, conditions of employment, employment contracts and policies, and employee benefits.

Karabo has two degrees, a BA degree - majoring in Media Studies and International Relations and an LLB  degree (which she attained cum laude), both from the University of the Witwatersrand.

And has been  recognized as follows, in the: Mail & Guardian List of 200 Young South Africans of 2013, BBC’s 100 Women Series  of 2015. Glamour Magazine’s Women of the Year Award 2016 (Business category). In 2020, Karabo completed  the Conflict Dynamics Commercial Mediation Course to become a qualified Commercial Mediator.
